We all want an environment where healthy eating is possible and easy for our clients, patients, the public, and ourselves. But what would such an environment look like? What do we mean by "healthy" and how would a healthy food environment balance the values of health and choice? This opening session will reflect on potential answers to these important and provocative questions.
